Vista Private Office is a private-client introduction and marketing service. We help individuals connect with regulated financial advisers based on the nature of their enquiry. We do not provide financial advice, investment management or personal recommendations.

What we collect

When you make an enquiry we collect:

  • your name, email address and mobile number;
  • your answers to our questions, such as your age band, roughly how many pensions you have, an approximate value range and what you would like help with;
  • a record of the consent you gave, including the exact wording shown and when you agreed;
  • technical and campaign information, such as your IP address, browser type and the advert or link that brought you to us.

We never ask for pension account numbers, policy numbers, login details, bank details or your National Insurance number.

Who we share your information with

If you ask to be introduced, we share your enquiry and contact details with one of our regulated financial adviser partners so they can contact you by telephone and email about your enquiry. We only share your information with the partner responsible for your enquiry.

We also use service providers to host our website and store data securely. We do not sell your information to anyone else, and we do not send your financial answers to advertising platforms.

How long we keep it
